Agents Having an Unknown Effect

There are a number of chemotherapeutic agents and/or therapeutic approaches currently in trial for Ewing's sarcoma and sarcomas in general. Due to the few patients entered so far, it is not known if these approaches will be successful. Some of the drugs under investigation are listed below (in alphabetical order).

 

COX-2 inhibitors
